Agents, FTA, DA installation maintaining the batch scheduling for applications,
Master installation with IWS 10.1.3
Migration of jobs from 9.4 to 10.1 IWS
jobs and inventory for applications by engaging with stakeholders to gather and document
requirements, facilitating the batch jobs intake process, coordinating batch scheduling, promoting
batch jobs from lower environments to production, monitoring batch execution, facilitating TWS
documentation, and supporting maintenance activities such as TWS agent upgrades and failover
testing, system validation, and independently troubleshooting and resolving intricate issues.
Essential Responsibilities
Gather and analyse TWS/HWA batch jobs requirements from IT and Business customers
Manage the TWS/HWA batch jobs intake process and maintain a current application batch
On call support needed if any critical issues occurred.

Support, maintain, and enhance the custom-built web application for TWS/HWA Batch
Scheduling requests
In partnership with the Enterprise Batch Support team, perform the following duties:
setup/configure/migrate/decommission TWS/HWA batch jobs, research and troubleshoot
batch issues, facilitate/coordinate batch scheduling with IT/Business customers, and
facilitate TWS/HWA nodes failover testing, agent installations/configuration on
Workstations
Create and maintain technical documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Support after-business hours releases/deployments as needed.
