Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Asst. Manager -Business Development professional to join our team. He should be from Furniture/furnishing/Retail industry with channel Sales/Dealer Development experience. He will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within a specific geographic region. This role involves driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies. The BDM will manage a sales team, monitor market trends, and collaborate with other departments to meet or exceed sales targets.


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the territory.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, making adjustments as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop customized solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the territory.
  • Provide feedback to senior management on potential opportunities and challenges.
  • Ensure the region is aligned with the overall business strategy.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Candidate from mattress & furniture industries are more preferred.
  • Should have excellent Communication Skills
  • Should be willing to travel 10 to 15 days in a month
  • Target oriented.
  • Should have Territorial knowledge of North India & North-East
  • Should have good connects with Channel partners & Dealers
  • Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular reviews.
  • Motivate the team to meet individual and collective goals.
  • Candidates ready to join immediate or at short notice are most preferrable.
