He should be from Furniture/furnishing/Retail industry with channel Sales/Dealer Development experience. He will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within a specific geographic region. This role involves driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies. The BDM will manage a sales team, monitor market trends, and collaborate with other departments to meet or exceed sales targets.
