    Business Development:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, potential places, and partnerships.
    • Develop and implement business development plans to achieve sales targets and market expansion.
    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify unmet demands.
    • Develop strategies to improve brand awareness and market position.

    Client Relations:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
    • Manage client interactions, address inquiries, and resolve issues.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.

    Sales and Revenue:

    • Lead the negotiation and closure of business deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
    • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
    • Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

    Team Leadership (if applicable):

    • Supervise and improvise sales.
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to improve performance of various teams reporting
    • Improvise in marketing strategy

    Operational Excellence:

    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Collaborate with other departments to improve operational efficiency.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills: The ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and present ideas clearly is crucial.
    • Strategic thinking and planning: Developing and executing business development strategies requires analytical and strategic thinking skills.
    • Sales and negotiation skills: Proven experience in closing deals and securing business partnerships is essential.
    • Market research and analysis: Understanding market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs is vital.
    • Organizational and time management skills: Managing multiple tasks and projects effectively is crucial.
    • Customer relationship management experience: Utilizing software to manage client interactions and track sales data is often required.
