Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote lab-grown diamond jewelry and achieve sales objectives. Define marketing goals and key performance indicators (KPIs); track campaign performance and deliver regular ROI reports.
Campaign Management: Lead marketing initiatives, including digital advertising, social media campaigns, email marketing, influencer collaborations, and promotional events. Collaborate with the Brand Strategist to align marketing efforts with the overall brand vision and positioning.
Market Insights & Budget Management: Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape, using insights to identify growth opportunities. Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal resource allocation to achieve objectives.
Content Creation & Partnerships: Oversee the creation of engaging and impactful content across channels to connect with the target audience. Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and influencers to enhance brand reach and effectiveness.
Innovation & Collaboration: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging marketing tools, and platforms to keep the brand innovative and competitive. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to ensure cohesive marketing execution.
