Job Description

    Designation: HR Executive
    Location: Gandhinagar
    Experience: 3-7 Years
    Gender: Female
    salary: Up to 5lpa
    Job Time: 9am to 6pm

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    1. Recruitment & Staffing
    Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
    Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
    Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job portals.

    2. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
    Conduct and improve the employee onboarding process.
    Handle documentation, background checks, and orientation sessions.
    Manage exit interviews and ensure smooth offboarding and clearance processes.

    3. HR Policy Implementation
    Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.
    Ensure adherence to company policies and legal compliance.
    Update employee handbook and policy manuals as needed.

    4. Performance Management
    Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
    Track employee performance and coordinate with managers for evaluations.
    Assist in identifying training needs based on performance data.

    5. Employee Engagement & Relations
    Organize team-building activities, wellness programs, and employee engagement events.
    Address basic employee concerns and grievances; escalate when required.
    Foster a positive workplace culture.

    6. Payroll & Benefits Administration
    Coordinate with finance or external payroll vendors for monthly payroll processing.
    Maintain accurate attendance, leave, and overtime records.
    Administer employee benefits like insurance, leaves, and bonuses.

    7. Training & Development
    Identify training requirements and arrange workshops or external training sessions.

    Monitor effectiveness of training and keep detailed records of participation.

    8. HR Reporting & Documentation
    Maintain and update HR records and reports (headcount, attrition, recruitment metrics).
    Assist in internal and statutory HR audits.
    Prepare reports for management on various HR metrics.

    Key Skills Required:

    -Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    -Knowledge of HR software and systems
    -Basic understanding of labor laws and compliance
    -Organizational and multitasking abilities
