Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Software Tester or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of manual testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
- Proficient in test case management tools, such as JIRA, TestRail, or Quality Center.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- ISTQB or CSTE certification is a plus.

You will collaborate closely with the development team to understand requirements, identify defects, and ensure that all software functionality meets and surpasses industry standards.

Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, and report software defects and inconsistencies.
- Develop and execute manual test plans, test cases, and scripts.
- Document and communicate testing results, including any defects or issues, in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to understand software requirements and ensure adequate test coverage.
- Conduct various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Continuously improve the testing processes, methodologies, and tools used within the organization.
- Mentor and guide junior testers, providing them with support and feedback to enhance their skillset.
