Role & responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube
  
• Build and grow our YouTube presence with the right SEO strategies (titles, tags, thumbnails, descriptions)
  
• Assist in managing daily posts, stories, and reels
  
• Respond to comments and engage with the community
  
• Collaborate with the team on creative campaigns and brand messaging
  
• Use basic video editing tools to create scroll-stopping content
  
• Track analytics and performance across platforms
  
• Stay ahead of digital trends, meme culture & content styles

Preferred candidate profile

• A go-getter with 03 years of experience in social media
  
• Freshers who live and breathe content are welcome
  
• Strong written & visual storytelling skills
  
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or any basic editing tools
  
• Knowledge of YouTube SEO optimizing for reach and discoverability
  
• High proactiveness and willingness to learn and adapt
  
• Curiosity about content strategy, branding & analytics
