Job Description

 
  • Assist in coordinating pre-joining and day-one activities for new hires.
  • Prepare and verify onboarding documents and checklists.
  • Ensure timely communication with new hires regarding onboarding schedules and documentation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Admin, IT, Payroll) for smooth onboarding experience.
  • Maintain and update onboarding trackers and records accurately.
HR Operations
  • Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee data
  • Support the HR team in managing HRMS updates and employee lifecycle processes
  • Coordinate employee records as required
HR Projects & Initiatives
  • Contribute to ongoing HR initiatives, such as surveys, or audits
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports, presentations, and dashboards
  • Research HR best practices and support policy/process enhancement efforts
