Amazon Connect Developer @ Mind Waveai Solutions

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Connect Developer to design and implement advanced contact flows, specifically focusing on voicemail solutions without standard beep prompts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS services, Amazon Connect, and Lambda integrations, and be able to customize call experiences based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and manage Amazon Connect contact flows.
• Implement voicemail solutions without the default beep, using custom prompts or recordings.
• Develop and deploy serverless applications for contact center automation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in real-time call flows.

Key Skills Required:

• Amazon Connect (Contact Flows, Routing Profiles, Queues)
• AWS Lambda (Node.js / Python preferred)
• Experience in custom voicemail solutions
• Understanding of SIP, telephony basics, and voice UX

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS Certification (e.g., Cloud Practitioner, Developer Associate)
• Prior experience in call recording and playback customization
