Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a female Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3 to 5 years of strong experience in sourcing and hiring IT infrastructure professionals. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a lead capacity, managing end-to-end recruitment cycles and directly interacting with clients. This role is currently focused on supporting Dr. Reddys Laboratories (DRL), with potential to scale across other clients.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for the following IT Infrastructure roles ( Desktop Support Engineer, Service Desk Engineer, Network Engineer, O365 Administrator, VIP Support Engineer, MAC Support Specialist, Oracle DBA, Linux Administrator, IT Manager, Storage and Backup Engineer).
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates who meet the technical and experiential requirements
  • Ensure diversity hiring by focusing on female candidates for all positions
  • Act as an individual contributor while leading or mentoring junior recruiters when needed
  • Engage directly with clients (virtually and in-person) to understand job requirements and provide updates
  • Conduct initial interviews to evaluate both technical and soft skills
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up for feedback
  • Maintain hiring pipelines, tracker reports, and deliverables to ensure targets are met
  • Be flexible to take on hiring for other clients in the future

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment, with focus on infra and support roles
  • At least 1 year of experience in a lead role or mentoring junior recruiters
  • Excellent sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, social media, etc.
  • Strong communication and client engagement skills
  • Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
  • Ability to work independently and meet aggressive hiring targets
  • Comfortable visiting the client site (DRL) 23 times per week
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
