UI/UX Designer @ Exavalu

Job Description

• Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and/or mobile platforms.

• Translate business and product requirements into user-centric, functional, and elegant designs.
  

• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless design implementation and functionality.
  

• Conduct design reviews, usability testing, and iterate based on user feedback and analytics.
  

• Build and maintain a consistent design system across platforms and projects.
  

• Stay current with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and design tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, ideally within a product-driven environment.
  

• A strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and high-quality UI design work. (Mandatory)
  

• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD , or equivalent.
  

• Solid understanding of responsive design , mobile-first principles, and accessibility standards.
  

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and ability to communicate effectively with development teams.

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

• Experience working in agile or cross-functional teams.
