Job Title: Head of Operations Events & Weddings
Location: Delhi NCR
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Event Management: Lead the complete execution of
high-end weddings and large-scale eventsfrom planning,
production, vendor coordination to final delivery.
P&L Ownership: Manage and optimize event budgets, track financial
performance, and ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising on
quality.
Vendor & Partner Management: Build strong relationships with
external vendorsproduction, dcor, logistics, hospitality, F&B, and
more.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of
project managers, event coordinators, and on-ground staff.
Client Experience: Work closely with creative, sales, and client
servicing teams to deliver seamless experiences in line with client
expectations.
Process & SOPs: Create operational systems, workflows, and
checklists to ensure scalability, consistency, and timely execution.
On-Ground Execution: Be present at major events to oversee
execution and troubleshoot live challenges.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in event management, with at least 3 years
in a senior operations role.
Proven experience in managing luxury weddings or large-format
events.
Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience managing P&L.
Exceptional project management and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel and work in high-pressure, fast-paced
environments.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Preferred:
Experience working in premium event agencies or hospitality/event
production houses.
Familiarity with wedding industry vendors across India.
