Dear All,

We are looking for an Engineer - Production Assembly with SMT background candidates.

Qualification: Diploma or BE Electronics candidates with 5 to 8 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components on PCBs using surface mount technology (SMT).
• Perform change management activities, including change points and AOI inspections.
• Handle manpower efficiently during shifts, ensuring effective shift planning and execution.
• Implement kaizen initiatives to improve production processes and maintain a clean work environment according to 5S system standards.
• Coordinate with team members for daily production planning, attendance management, and line balancing.
• Strong knowledge in Surface Mount Technology.
• Expert in Soldering techniques & Robot Soldering.
• Preferred in Auto Electronics Products.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-8 years of experience in SMT production assembly or related field.
• Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Electronics/Telecommunication.
• Strong understanding of surface mount technology SMT & Soldering, electronics manufacturing processes, and AOI.
