Roles & Responsibilities:Provide strategic advisory services, conduct market research, and develop data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance.The key responsibilities will include the following
Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and marketing objectives. Identify opportunities for leveraging marketing automation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide expert advice on selecting the most suitable B2B marketing automation platform.
Gather business requirements, design process & solution for implementation of marketing & sales automation platforms in B2B environment leveraging tools such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing CRM, Marketo, AJO, Pardot
Serve as CRM solution consultant and design lead nurturing workflows, email marketing campaigns, and automated customer engagement programs
Work as a BA or Lead the implementation and configuration of B2B marketing automation platforms, such as MS Dynamics 365, Marketo, AJO, Pardot
Create and execute targeted email campaigns, drip sequences and monitor campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and pipeline impact
Develop documentation and training materials to support ongoing platform usage and skill development.
Develop knowledge of prevailing trends, financials, and operating drivers across multiple industry segments.
Aside from client delivery, the selected candidate will also drive business development efforts.

Functional proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Customer Insights (Marketing Module)
Capability to describe D365 Sales and Customer Insights functionalities (Journeys, Segments, Forms, Triggers, Opportunities, etc.)
Capability to describe integrations of MSD Customer Insights with other Microsoft tools (M365, Copilot products, Azure)
Basic to advance level of understanding and knowledge in Power Apps, Power Automate
Proficient in marketing research and analysis
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Creating and maintaining client relationships
Strong understanding of Marketing processes, operating model, marketing & Advertising technologies, and integrations with other technologies
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Relevant experience in the required domain.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong understanding of end to end of CRM process, lead nurturing and management, customer journey mapping, and segmentation strategies, Account Based Marketing (ABM)
Proficiency in email marketing best practices, A/B testing methodologies, and campaign optimization techniques.
Must have worked in implementation of campaigns, designing marketing emails and delivering outbound marketing activities and customer journeys
Have knowledge of lead management in CRM (across marketing, sales and service), B2B Marketing processes, MQL, SQL etc.
Good to have technical experience and certification on MS CRM, Salesforce CRM experience, Marketo, Pardot, AJO, Eloqua
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
