RPA Developer || Power Platform || Power Automate @ Celsior Technologies

Job Description

Looking for a skilled RPA / Process Automation Specialist with hands-on experience in Power Automate, Power Platform, Workflow Automation and Microsoft 365 tools. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently to deliver business automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate and Power Platform
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify automation opportunities
• Integrate automation solutions with Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
• Provide support, troubleshooting, and optimization of existing automated processes
• Document technical solutions and conduct knowledge transfer sessions when needed
• Ensure automation solutions follow security and compliance best practices

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in RPA or workflow/process automation
• Proven expertise in Power Automate and broader Power Platform tools, Workflow Automation (Must)
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and integration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with API integrations or connectors in Power Platform
• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or related areas (preferred)
• Familiarity with governance and administration of Power Platform environments
