We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Import Medicine Coordinator to join our growing pharmaceutical team, with operations in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in oncology product sales, fluency in Tamil, and established connections within the South India healthcare ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, oncologists, and key medical institutions.
  
• Manage B2B medical sales activities across hospital and oncology lines.
  
• Coordinate client requirements throughout the import medicine sales cycle.
  
• Plan and execute outreach to Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and decision-makers.
  
• Recommend customized product solutions based on specific medical needs.
  
• Monitor sales pipeline, ensure timely delivery, and provide post-sales support.
  
• Drive business growth and profitability across Karnataka.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Fluency in Tamil and familiarity with the Bangalore healthcare markets.
  
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Oncology/Hospital Line Product Sales.
  
• Strong expertise in B2B medical or pharma sales operations.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• High accountability, goal-driven mindset, and ability to work independently.
