Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from customers to generate leads and convert them into sales.
Identify customer needs and provide solutions through effective communication.
Meet daily targets set by the company for call handling, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
