Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Capgemini Invent is seeking candidates at their Mumbai location with the ideal blend of FCC domain experience and Actimize SAM expertise to join our Data-driven FRC Team. The role will require the following:
- Experience in implementation of Actimize SAM module in major banking transaction monitoring environment
- Must have SAM customization experience - Rule cloning, Query rule development, Test data preparation for OOB rule validation, List and Threshold configuration
- Must have SAM batch processing knowledge - Daily vs Monthly distribution, handling batch failures, batch rerun, SAM and UDM exit points customization including profile creation
- Experience in Actimize ActOne - Setting up roles, groups, business units, workflow, DART, Workflow restrictions, settings, platform list, alert types using ActOne
- Experience in Actimize AIS - Customization using objects EP, flows, connector, Channel, Active table and formatting template.
- Experience with Database design, creation and management of schemas, PL/SQL, functions, DDL, DML and sql queries.
Domain Role:
- Understanding of systems/technology/data architecture, processes and controls infrastructure for various compliance functions including Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions screening, Fraud, Transaction Monitoring and screening.
- Supporting large and complex compliance data initiatives on key regulatory themes (e.g. AML, Fraud, KYC/CDD, TM Correspondent Banking) including drafting business and functional requirements, test plans and user guides.
- Should be willing to take on a committed engagement role or client-facing delivery responsibilities.
- Must have good communication skills (both speaking and writing) in English and problem-solving skills, can-do attitude.
- Candidate must have thorough understanding of SDLC processes (AGILE, DevOps) and work experience in AGILE project
- Should be able to lead the development team and guiding them to achieve the target delivery
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of banking and regulatory processes
- Excellent presentation and demonstration skills, addressing all key pain points of the client at hand.
- Excellent aptitude, problem-solving skills, and quick prototyping / proof -of-concept-creation skills.
- Should be passionate about customer-facing roles.
- Ability to grasp new technologies and drive executions quickly.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree required in the relevant field with 12+ years of relevant work experience or masters degree in the relevant field with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- 8-10 years of experience in a Actimize SAM implementation.
- Very good understanding of Fraud, AML or SAR Reporting
- Strong verbal & written communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multitask.
- Should be open to take client facing roles
