The person should closely work BD Team.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in structuring and negotiation of licensing and distribution agreement, co-developments, Merger and acquisition, asset purchases, CDMO arrangements
Ability to balance legal aspects of the deals with commercial flexibility
Solid grasp of intellectual property laws
Pragmatic and deal-oriented mindset, able to prioritize time and risks
Experience managing deals across multiple legal systems
Capability to translate complex legal issues into business terms
Proactive and team oriented
