Hiring for Customer Support Executive - Support Process

Role: Customer Support Executive
Mode of Work: Work from Office
Location: Bangalore
Working Days: 5 days
Shift: US Shift
Qualification: Only graduation
Salary: Upto 4.8 LPA per annum
Responsibility:
Identify and conduct communications activities to improve agent effectiveness and increase customer satisfaction.
Create focused communications to reinforce existing processes or introduce new ones.
Help manage the tools used for agent communications.
Good verbal and written communication Minimum 4yrs voice customer service experience (not just any customer service), having been part of escalation desk in the past would be an added benefit Work from client location in Kormangala on the basis of US shift.
Rounds of Interview: Direct Ops
Preferred Candidates Profiles:
* Candidate should be comfortable working in US Shift
* Candidate should have a good knowledge in Customer handling and product issues.
