Position Summary... What youll do...

• We are in search of a skilled and dedicated Machine Learning Software Engineer to join our team.
• Your primary role will encompass developing machine learning models, working on distributed and personalization systems in the e-commerce.
• You will be integral in creating algorithms that drive intelligent business decisions and improve our user experience and drive business growth.

• Design, develop, and implement high-performance machine learning models.
• Work on distributed systems and sync/async services in an e-commerce domain.
• Develop personalization systems to enhance the user experience and drive business growth.
• Translate complex functional and technical requirements into detailed design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Participate in code and design reviews to maintain high development standards.
• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers.
• Keep abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence.

• Bachelor s / Masters degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
• Experience in distributed and concurrent systems, backend services, and sync/async services.
• Understanding of e-commerce systems and experience in personalization systems.
• Proficiency with machine learning frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch) and libraries (like scikit-learn).
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Minimum Qualifications... Minimum Qualifications:Option 1: Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or related area and 2years experience in software engineering or related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company. Option 2: 4 years experience in software engineering or related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company. Preferred Qualifications... Certification in Security+, Network+, GISF, GSEC, CISSP, or CCSP, Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related area
