We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused professional to join our international customer service team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound interactions with global customers, resolve queries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions
• Maintain accurate records of interactions
• Meet quality and productivity targets

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Previous experience in international voice or non-voice process preferred
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer orientation
• Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational schedules
