Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Candidate should have 3-8 years of overall working experience as Salesforce developer providing customization, development, enhancement and support for Saleforce.com CRM Applications.
• Previous experience as a Solution Engineer in the Field Service, CRM, Contact Centre, or Customer Service space
• Deep functional understanding of field service operations and processes
• Prior experience with Field Service Lightning configuration
• Prior experience with the implementation of Salesforce.com functionality
• Firm understanding of Salesforce.com best practices
• Have solid knowledge in Service & Manufacturing Cloud
• Business requirements assessment and delivery of findings including key pain-points. Proposes solutions to meet business needs, and ROI where applicable
• 2 end-to-end Field Service Lightning implementation
• Salesforce Certified Field Service Lightning Consultant & Service cloud Consultant certification is an advantage.
• Proficient in creating ObjectsTriggers Apex Classes Standard Controllers Custom ControllersandController Extensions, SOQL queries, data migration, triggers, custom settings, validation rules, and Process Builder, Data loader.
• DevelopedLightning componentsandCustom Objectsusing Apex Programming on Force.com Platform
• Participate and collaborate in requirement analysis, Quality Assurance (QA), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployments.
