Job Description

• Sales and Business Development are the most important function of any organization and to keep this function a high performing function we need a highly committed and dedicated team of professionals who have a knack of skills and the understanding of the current market
• A strong professional who is assertive and keeps a caliber to be arbitrator between the client and the team will be suited
• The entrant should also be well versed with the current technologies so that he/she understand which technology or skill will be required and how it can be applied in the project
• Following below is the description for our requirements and preferences

• Required minimum of 3 + yrs of experience in International Business Development through online bidding.

• Candidate should have excellent working experience in online bidding and sales /lead generation and conversions through bidding portals such as elance, odesk, guru, freelancer.

• Proposal writing, project estimation.

• Should be confident enough to handle the clients independently.

• Coordinate with the international client s through skype chat and skype/phone call.

• Understanding the client requirement clearly and discussing with the team internally.

• Should be target oriented and should be able to meet the targets well in time.

• Self-motivator and highly confident professional, with excellent written and spoken communication
