Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven and client-focused Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) to provide personalized financial guidance and investment solutions within the broking industry. As an IFA, you will work independently, leveraging access to a wide range of financial products and brokerage platforms to serve clients' diverse needs. Your role will involve building trusted relationships, offering tailored advice on securities, portfolio management, and long-term financial planning.

Role & responsibilities:

1. Acquire New IFA to achieve set AUM target
2. Ensure all the paper work for the IFA acquired is done including Referral Agreement registration
3. Visit IFA mapped at Pre-Defined frequency and ensure that he is well trained in all Axis Products and processes and cross sell any third Party PMS if any
4. Ensure proper hand holding is done for new IFAs to ensure that he can smoothly excel the business with Axis Securities Ltd.
5. Training of the IFAs to cross sell AUM products of ASL
6. Working on the existing Franchisee network of ASL in pre-defined territory to cross sell AUM products

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate / Post Graduate in any stream
• Great Interpersonal skills should be confident and have high energy levels
• Work Experience in same field 2 years Minimum
• NISM Certified.
