Job Type: Full-Time Job Overview We are looking for a talented and motivated Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade web applications using AEM. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building scalable and high-performance web experiences, supporting digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities -
- Design and develop AEM components, templates, dialogs, and workflows.
- Implement and maintain AEM Sites and DAM (Digital Asset Management) functionalities.
- Leverage Java, HTL (Sightly), Sling Models, and OSGi for backend and frontend development.
- Integrate AEM with third-party services and APIs using RESTful web services.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
- Optimize AEM performance, caching, and Dispatcher configuration.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product owners, and QA to ensure technical feasibility and quality.
- Support ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements of AEM platforms. Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.4/6.5 or newer).
- Proficiency in: - Java / J2EE
- AEM core concepts (Sling, JCR, OSGi)
- HTL (Sightly), JavaScript, CSS, HTML5
- AEM Workflows and DAM : Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer
- Familiar with tools like Git, Maven, Jenkins, and JIRA.
- Good understanding of web security, performance tuning, and accessibility standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset. Preferred Qualifications
- Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in AEM Sites or Assets.
- Experience with: AEM as a Cloud Service
- Headless CMS models and SPA frameworks (React, Angular)
- Adobe Experience Cloud integrations (Target, Analytics)
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD tools.
