Job Description:

To provide and promote a professional, high quality Verification Process. The post holder

will be responsible for dealing with all enquiries in relation to Insurance Verification

services, focusing primarily on Eligibility/Benefits of Insurance. Delivering a service to

meet the individual goals and needs of all Clients wherever possible resolving enquiries at

first point of contact.


Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage a varied workload to achieve priorities and objectives
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work flexibly and ability/commitment to work as part of a team and
  • on your own initiative.
  • The ability to work under pressure and to deal with challenging situations in a sensitive
  • and creative manner.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Diploma
  • Additional Customer service experience preferred.
