Positions Available: IT Recruiter
Experience Required: 2-3 years
Education: MBA in HR (Mandatory)
What We're Looking For:
- Mandatory: MBA in Human Resources from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in IT recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced agency or corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of various IT technologies, roles, and industry trends (e.g., Software Development, DevOps, Cloud, Data Science, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, etc.).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving targets.
- A positive attitude, pro-active approach, and a genuine passion for connecting talent with opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT positions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Manage candidate expectations and provide a positive candidate experience.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and recruitment trends.
