VP Institutional Equity Research (Sell Side)

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our institutional research team. The role involves driving sector research, generating investment ideas, and engaging with institutional clients like fund managers and FIIs.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years in equity research with leadership experience
• Strong in financial modeling, valuation, and sector analysis
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Experience in interacting with institutional investors

Preferred:

• CFA/MBA (Finance)/CA
• Prior experience on the sell-side or buy-side
