Job Description

The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing IT projects from initiation to completion. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, ensuring project objectives align with business goals, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines. Develop detailed project plans, assign tasks, and track progress.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between teams, leadership, and external vendors, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Resource & Budget Management: Allocate resources effectively, track expenses, and ensure financial efficiency.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively.
• Agile & Scrum Methodologies: Implement Agile practices, conduct sprint planning, and facilitate stand-up meetings if applicable.
• Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure projects adhere to IT security, regulatory standards, and company policies.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track KPIs, generate reports, and present project status updates to stakeholders.
