Job Description
- SAP B1 Support:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP Business One (SAP B1) users.
- Ensure smooth operation, maintenance, and upgrades of SAP B1 systems.
- Assist in developing reports, dashboards, and custom solutions as required.
- Software Procurement:
- Assess the companys IT requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for new software acquisitions.
- Oversee the implementation and integration of new software with existing systems.
- IT Systems Management:
- Monitor the companys IT infrastructure and ensure its optimal performance.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify and fulfill IT-related needs.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to IT processes and solutions.
- Training and User Support:
- Train employees on the effective use of IT tools and applications.
- Provide timely support and resolve user queries to minimize downtime.
- Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and compliance requirements in IT operations.
- Implement and promote IT best practices across the organization.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT consulting, with a focus on SAP B1 support.
- Strong understanding of software procurement and implementation processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work aggressively towards achieving goals in a time-sensitive environment.
- Self-motivated, with a sincere and dedicated approach to work.
- Familiarity with other ERP or business management systems.
- Experience in IT infrastructure management or network support.
- Knowledge of industry-specific software tools (specific to the companys domain).
