Data Engineer @ Hitex Healthcare

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will work closely with data scientists, analysts, and software engineers to ensure data availability, reliability, and performance. You will play a key role in optimizing data flow, integrating new data sources, and implementing best practices for data management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for efficient data processing.
• Build and optimize data architectures, databases, and data lakes/warehouses.
• Develop and maintain data ingestion frameworks from multiple sources (APIs, databases, streaming, etc.).
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with governance standards.
• Optimize data storage and retrieval strategies for performance and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
• Implement security and access control measures for data assets.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues, ensuring system reliability.
• Automate data workflows and improve operational efficiency.
