Job Summary
As a Fashion Consultant Sales, you will play a pivotal role in delivering personalized fashion advice to our customers, assisting them in selecting products that suit their needs and preferences. You will also be responsible for managing inventory and ensuring the store's visual appeal aligns with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement:
o Greet and assist customers, understanding their requirements to provide tailored product recommendations.
o Offer fashion advice and styling suggestions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Sales & Team Target Achievement:
o Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
Inventory Management:
o Monitor stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment of products.
o Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records.
o Coordinate with the inventory team for stock transfers and updates.
Visual Merchandising:
o Ensure the store layout and displays are attractive and in line with brand guidelines.
o Update mannequins and product placements to reflect current promotions and trends.
Operational Excellence:
o Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store.
o Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience in fashion retail or a customer-facing sales role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style and trends.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in fashion or related field is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed monthly salary ranging from 18,000 to 25,000.
