Digital Solution Architect Sr. Advisor @ TekWissen

Job Description

• Architect and design end-to-end solutions leveraging Agentforce for Service, Sales, Setup.
• Lead the implementation and integration of Salesforce Data Cloud to unify customer data and enable intelligent, personalized experiences, setting up RAG for Agents.
• Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and product owners to define architecture standards, solution blueprints, and implementation strategies.
• Guide teams in best practices for security, scalability, and performance within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools that align with business objectives.
• Provide technical leadership during the full project lifecycle from discovery to go-live and post-deployment support.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards and governance processes.

• 8+ years of overall IT experience with 3+ years as a Salesforce Solution Architect.
• Hands-on experience with Agentforce and Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Model Design, Integration Patterns, and Security Architecture.
• Experience with large-scale data ingestion, harmonization, and activation within Data Cloud.
• Proficient in Apex, Flows, SOQL, and Lightning Components.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
