As an Associate Product Manager (APM) at Sprinklr, you will play a critical role in managing and enhancing our product offerings. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, analyze product performance , and ensure our products align with both customer needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Own a product module throughout its lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing enhancements.
Analyze product usage data to identify customer pain points and propose data-driven solutions.
Develop and implement strategies to improve system resilience and uptime management.
Promote and optimize Net Promoter Score (NPS) best practices.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and customer success teams to drive product excellence.
Conduct detailed data analysis to inform product decisions and strategy.
Assist in defining the product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy.
Gather and prioritize customer and product requirements based on market research and user feedback.
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
What we're Looking For
2-3 years of experience in product management or a related field.
Bachelors degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or MBA preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract meaningful insights.
Proven problem-solving skills ability to map customer needs to effective solutions.
Experience in CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) or CX (Customer Experience) space is a plus.
Knowledge of system resiliency, NPS surveys, and uptime management best practices.
Hands-on experience with SQL and data analytics tools.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work across teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute in a fast-paced environment.
