Job Description

• Review and enhance the debugging tools like DP Debugger tool, variation debugger, image debugger and Neva Debugger tool to improve the existing use cases and add new use cases.
• Identify the gaps in documentation and update them.
• Identify any tools/automations possible to reduce the inflow and implement them if possible.

• Computer science Debug, web tech- Java, JavaScript, ticketing, maintenance

• 3+ years of experience in Support Engineer.
• Scripting language exp is required for Java or Python.
• Should have hand on experience in debugging, Analysis, documentation, ticketing support.

• Should be good to have some experience in coding

• Bachelors degree
