Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Testing eCommerce applications and products manually.
• Detect software discrepancies and use debug settings and apply technical ability to gather logs, traces, to add to bug reports when provided with instructions.
• Identify issues, deep dive, troubleshoot, communicate to stake holders and escalation of issue and providing status reports.
• Assist developers or other testers and own quality in a test environment, recommends improvements to SOPs, tools

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in test execution and identifying errors
• Analytical skills for analyzing results and gauging the overall quality of the product
• Experience in Quality Assurance methodologies
• Experience in manually testing websites and applications
• Excellent communication and reporting skills for providing complete and accurate feedback on findings
• Experience in working remotely and with cross-functional teams
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
