We are seeking a highly experienced and self-motivated Senior Salesforce Administrator and Apex Developer to manage, customize, and extend our Salesforce platform.
The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of Salesforce Administration and Apex development, along with a proven track record of delivering scalable, secure, and optimized Salesforce solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead Salesforce administration tasks including user management, security, profiles, roles, permission sets, and data management.
Develop scalable and efficient solutions using Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, schedulers, and Visualforce/LWC.
Design and implement custom Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, flows, validation rules, and process builders.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver end-to-end solutions.
Optimize existing Apex code and workflows for performance and scalability.
Maintain data integrity through regular audits, deduplication, and validation processes.
Manage deployments using change sets, ANT, or CI/CD tools like Copado, Gearset, or Bitbucket pipelines.
Monitor Salesforce releases and recommend relevant updates or features.
Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications via REST/SOAP APIs.
Provide mentorship and code reviews to junior developers or admins as needed.
