Recruit,engage and launch CBMs
Ensure that CBMs recruit,appoint and train PFAs
Ensure that CBMs work towards helping their PFAs achieve business targets
Ensure that PFAs of CBMs have a healthy persistency
Desired Candidate Profile :-

Minimum6yearsworkexperiencewith3-4yearsexperienceinsaleoflifeinsuranceproducts
Past experience in managing High Performing LI agents(MDRTs/COTs/TOTs/ClubsMembers)
Experience in managing and supervising teams of atleast 3 to 5persons
