Job Description
Roles responsibilities:
- Good understanding of integration of REST APIs, Git, and Exposure to CI/CD, Agile Methodology, JIRA tools.
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Build page navigation buttons and search fields
- Work with clients to refine designs and secure final approval for production
- Design elegant user experiences (Interfaces and Interactions).
- Work closely with the development team to get the design output
- Communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different clients and varying levels of the organization.
- Relentlessly simplify and distil complex processes into intuitive and elegant UI. Establish and maintain detailed user-interface patterns and specifications.
- Must be able to independently troubleshoot and solve complex problems
- Work with cross-functional teams (Design, Content and Coding) to attain business goals
- Create animation / micro interaction in the UI to engage the user.
- Ability to create user centric designs by understanding the business requirement and target audience.
- Must be aware of the latest design trends.
- Taking interviews and training the team as and when required
Required Skillset
- 7+ years relevant professional work experience with Ed. Qualification: BE/B.Tech/ MCA
- Expert sense understanding of UI/UX Design principles
- Experience with mobile and/or web-based design
- Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and modern prototyping tools like Figma, XD and Sketch
- Experience with coding and ability to troubleshoot using HTML, CSS, JS and Gsap animation are a must.
- Should be able to work in a result driven environment with a data driven approach
- Strong problem solving and communication skills.
