Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Development:
- Developing custom applications, integrations, and enhancements for the Salesforce platform.
- Writing code in languages like Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Ensuring code quality, scalability, and performance.
Automation:
- Designing and developing automated test scripts using tools like Selenium.
- Creating and implementing automation frameworks to streamline testing processes.
- Ensuring comprehensive test coverage and identifying potential issues.
Collaboration:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Working with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and integration.
Troubleshooting:
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues within the Salesforce platform.
- Providing technical support to users.
Documentation:
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation for Salesforce implementations.
Required Skills:
Salesforce Development:
- Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Lightning web components.
Automation:
- Experience with automation testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright).
Programming Languages:
- Knowledge of programming languages like JavaScript, Java, and potentially other languages used for integrations.
Salesforce Architecture:
- Understanding of Salesforce architectures, data models, and best practices.
Testing:
- Experience with different types of testing (unit, integration, system, performance).
Problem-Solving:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions.
Communication:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams."
