Job Description

Work Type: Onsite

Job Description:

Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the clients' requirements.
Regularly interacting with the Account Manager/Lead to understand the requirement.
Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.
Should ensure to revert/submit profiles with a quick turnaround time for timely submittals to meet sharp deadlinesofsubmittals for each requisition.
Making useofeffective resourcing strategies, such as headhunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals.
Shift timings will be 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST- (Monday to Friday)
