We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Associate/Senior Associate to manage the capitalization of salary and other costs for intangible assets under development. This role involves monthly journal entries, project capitalization support, payroll reconciliation, and cost center allocations. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of accounting principles (preferably Ind AS 38), excellent Excel skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with HR, audit, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly salary capitalization calculations and post journal entries for intangible assets under development for the entire group.
• Assist in project capitalization processes, ensuring: Proper documentation and compliance with audit requirements and timely closure of open audit points.
• Conduct quarterly payroll reconciliations, aligning employee timesheets with payroll data and ensuring accurate departmental cost center mapping.
• Manage the allocation of timesheet-based costs to capitalized cost centers, tracking manpower expenses for project-related capitalization.
• Aligning the R&D cost with the FP& A team every month.
