This is a Development role in Agency Channel.
Which includes Mentoring, Goal setting and Training, this role have various aspects. Majorly supporting the business on field for their Development.
Ideally this role is a combination of Sales and Training, they will not be accountable on direct business targets but will be part of indirect target in the form of development.
We are ideally looking for Successful sales professionals from Agency Model who are keen to explore more into Support and Mentoring Roles.
Role includes travelling to locations under certain Area branches if required.
This role is eligible for Incentive and Bonus
Coordination with internal and external stakeholder.
Desired Candidate:-

Person from Agency Model with atleast 2 years of Agency Trainer or 3 to 5 years of Agency Sales Experience.
Age limit 23 to 38
