Act as a coach for the relationship managers to ensure direction & Support required is delivered
Handhold them through JFC s till the time they get up the learning curve, Employee Motivation & Retention
Drive Key Input Performance Indicators with an objective of driving the targeted Business numbers
Apply ones knowledge experience to take Smart Business decisions
Aggregate & Report Business Performance for the branch.
Ensure regular training for the team members
Ensure all mandatory activities related to rule & regulations of the company are always

Desired Candidate Profile :-

Age between 23 - 40 yrs
At least 4 year of Direct Sales experience in Insurance Sector
At least 2 years of team handling experience
Good Communication Skill
Should be good at creating and maintaining Relationships.
Unstoppable & Unshakeable Attitude
High on Honesty and Integrity
Ready to Stretch and Achieve.
