Excellent knowledge in planning and executing social media promotions and campaign strategies to achieve business goals.
Creating and maintaining a Social Media Marketing editorial calendar, with targeted topics outlined for different dates, as well as a plan for where and how that content will be shared
Actively participate on online community platforms like Quora, Reddit, and more by fostering discussions, addressing inquiries, and encouraging user-generated content.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, click-through rates, and conversions, to assess the effectiveness of content and social media efforts.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor s degree, 3+ years of hands-on B2B social media campaign development experience.
Experience and practical knowledge of primary B2B social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, X, Facebook and Instagram.
Ability to identify target audiences preferences and produce tailored content.
Strong time-management and organizational skills and very high attention to detail.
Understanding of social media metrics, interpreting the results and taking action to increase the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics/analytics.
Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications related to Social media or digital marketing are a plus.
