Roles & Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) IT roles through portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, and internal databases
Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand technical requirements and job expectations
Conduct initial HR and technical screening to assess candidate suitability
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams
Negotiate compensation, notice period, and conversion terms for C2H roles
Track candidate status from sourcing to joining and maintain updated reports
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent for ongoing and future needs
Ensure a positive candidate experience and professional representation of the company
Key Skills & Requirements:
1 - 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a strong focus on C2H hiring
Sound knowledge of various IT technologies, roles, and skill sets
Proficient in using job portals, Boolean search techniques, and LinkedIn sourcing
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Strong understanding of contractual hiring models, billing rates, and notice period constraints
Ability to manage multiple requirements under tight timelines
Experience in maintaining recruitment trackers and generating weekly reports
