Customer Support Executive - International Voice Process .


Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Voice Process team. The role involves handling inbound and/or outbound calls for international clients, resolving queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


Mandatory Points


  1. Bachelors degree preferred For "freshers" & for "experience" under graduation can also apply .
  2. Flexible with night shifts
  3. Experience only in International voice process is eligible
  4. "EXCELLENT" Communication Required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Follow communication scripts, policies, and procedures.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).
  • Minimum [6 months/1 year] of experience in an international voice process (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational shifts.
  • Basic computer literacy MS Office, typing skills, CRM tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Sales or upselling experience (for sales process).
  • Technical support knowledge (for tech support process).
