Debt Recovery Agent Telecaller As a Debt Recovery Agent (Telecaller), you will be responsible for contacting debtors via phone to negotiate repayment terms and ensure timely recovery of outstanding debts. Your main objective will be to reduce debt amounts while maintaining a professional and compassionate approach.
Job description:
Contact debtors via phone to discuss overdue payments.
Guiding the customers if they have any challenges to make the payments and resolving the customer queries with the help of the supervisor.
Creating and maintaining the customer feedback reports in system.
Collaborate with other departments to address disputes and discrepancies.
Have to comply with 100% compliance.
Achieving the day/weekly/month wise collection / call / quality targets.
Adherence to the process shift timings.
Qualifications:
Should have Graduate or undergraduate.
Collaborate with other departments to address disputes and discrepancies.
Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
Proven Experienced in tele collections and customer service.
Must be proficient in minimum 2 regional languages. Marathi, Hindi, Telegu, Malayalam, Tamil
