Stores Officer - Assistant Manager @ Cherub Business

Job Description

Monitor and Control the following on daily basis:
oReceipt of Incoming goods
oQuantity check and arrange for QC
oStorage & Preservation
oIdentification of materials stored
oSafe material Handling
oPackaging
oIssue & Despatch
oMaintenance of stock records
oStores Accounting
oInventory Control
oStock taking
Conduct internal audits on stock, goods issued and received for every 03 months to ensure everything is on track.
Close monitoring on Vendor reconciled material received back to stores in the form of scrap / usable scrap, maintain records on the same.
Monitoring the loading/ unloading material activities in trucks by hand or with hand operated or motorized equipment.
Prepares and files complaints on unsatisfactory shipments
Ensure displays arranged for material identification matches with the specification of physical material in the storage racks .
